Hello all,

I am sponsoring my wife, we did an inland sponsorship. Her passport his set to expire in two months so we want to send it away for renewal. In the application status the background search was completed last month.

Is her passport required for the interview with an immigration officer?

We have a photocopy of her current passport and perhaps her new one will arrive before we receive the request for the final interview.
