No. In BC at least you can get a OWP (to work) if you graduate from a graduate degree.

Our file for spousal inland application was received at CPC-Mississauga on Aug. 31st. I saw recently some applicants from Aug. 31st got AOR. I call IRCC on Wednesday and guy told me that my application was in process. I call few mins ago and same response. So, should I be worried because it's been 3 days since file is in process and no AOR?
Looking for some help!

I don't think you have to worry because if your app is in process, it means that IRCC received your file and its complete.
When you called them, did you ask for AOR?
If you or your spouse have a previous UCI number (from a temporary visa, for exemple), then you can check app status on ECAS website. You will need to ask for AOR, where you will find your application number (Fxxxxxxxx), which you will use to link your app.

I posted here how to link the PR app, it may be of some help. If still not able to link, wait a few days to be sure your app is uploaded in their system.

We asked for AOR. But, nothing yet. All they say is that file is in progress. Also, just saw that September applicants are getting AOR so I am bit worried now.
Im September applicant got my AOR today around 12:30pm
