Hey Folks especially to you profiler,dont know you personally but you are a very nice person,atleast you answered and helped me questions that my wife and i did not understand tho you dont work for cic,a few others i emailed also ignored me and never bothered to reply me.
Neways I had my landing letter today.I am a june 2015 applicant,my wife was approved in october and decision made in the 1st week of november.Landing letter came today.It took 17 months,was a long wait but am grateful to God.

Hi guys i just want to ask something how long it takes for the security, criminality checks and how long they gonna receive the medical result? I already got my AIP. May I ask too if what next shoul i do?

Actually maybe I am one of the back log because i never update my application before.

I am 2015 applicant as well and i am sponsored by my partner here at Canada. I did my upfront medical last sept 22 2016

Could take 3-5 mos. If you did the meds and submitted, then all you have to do now is wait...the hardest part!

i am 30 sept 15made my medical in may this year i thought was done but since then a few additional papers provided promptly in September this year then nothing yet

Hi guys can i ask something again. I had a friend of mine and she got her AIP yesterday but the problem is she is planning to apply consolidation. If she approve for consolidation is her application may affect of that? Yes or no?

There really isn't a good timeline for that. It varies---depends if you get any requests, have dependents, or the officer working on your file. Some see it same day, some see it several months apart. Just talked to one person who had AIP and SA in August and still no DM.

I am May 2015 applocant i had received my AIP last 2weeks ago and don't have DM yet. They said they still waiting for the result of my medical and police check.
