Anyone received AOR from Mississauga after sending application directly to them??? :"(

Are the people with similar timeline as these 3 applicants also receiving AOR? Or they appear to be 3 randomly picked applicants? Whole process driving me crazy especially when there is no official communication from government. Too much discretion on their hands.

But Jan 2014 is the work of Vegreville. Mississauga is still in idle mode and CIC has no answer for that.

all applications after jan 16th were sent directly to mississauga. it has been confirmed by the applicants who received AOR as well.

Thanks, but then how do i send the results to CIC? i guess those visa offices will take care of that but if i go to the place you recommended i dont know how to contact cic to give them the fingerprints. i tried calling cic this morning but they are experiencing high volume of calls and they just terminated my call several times! will try again later.

just talked to a cic agent. he said this must be a mistake but he did not suggest any solutions. in the letter that i received it says that if they dont receive the biometrics in 30 days my application will be rejected and i will have to pay again! the agent suggested that i call/email the ottawa office as they deal with visa issues but he didnt know their contact information!!

Every AOR in April-May came from Mississauga, even the ones, when the application was sent to Vegreville. 2Rxist, bradychen and atticusfinch sent their app directly to CPC-M and they got AOR. Please see the spreadsheet.
Also, a couple AIP arrived from CPC-M, so they are working, just very slowly...

Edit: also, there is a chance that the other 3 January applicants just didn't let us know, but they also already got their AOR. I tried to contact them.
I know it's hard, we are all in the same boat, but try to keep the good faith.

I applied directly to CPC-M, and my package was received on the 23rd of January - But I have still not received an AOR or any letter/email in the matter. Still waiting! Kind of worried because some people that applied after me got the AOR...

I think you should call and ask for your UCI / file number, so you would be able to log in to e-cas and see if everything is alright.

another interesting thing is that my UCI is different on my visa application. previously i asked here and someone on the forum said UCI wont change over time, but now my UCI is different than my previous UCI that i received for my skilled worker pr application. a bit confused??!!

This can happen. Advise the visa office. There is a protocol for dealing with it and merging your files. It happened to me as well.

CPC-O lists it's email address as CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca on the CIC website.

You should carefully document your contacts. If they refuse, you can then challenge the refusal in Federal Court on procedural fairness grounds.

Still nothing,

I did sent my application in January 1st, but they did sent it back to me in March as one of the documents was missing so that did mean they opened my application and started to process me but had to send the whole thing back! urgh!

Hey guys, I just talked with a cic agent over the phone, and he said we are not getting the AOR because we didn't provide the sponsor's email..( but we DID) my application on E-cas is equivalent to getting AOR, he said.. I am not 100% sure what he said is true, but I'll have to positively wait for the next good news..

I have questions for people who got AOR.

1.Do you guys see your application on ECAS?
2. If so, what does it say?(mine says "we received your application on Jan 14, but nothing else)

I received our AOR via email and when i checked the ecas it says the same as yours hwanlj
