I hate to say this.. But you are one ignorant human being. I can't even believe you are writing this. How do you think someone would like to read that? No matter where one is from, they can be as genuine as everybody else.

They should be considered equally as any other application...

Let's spread love in this thread and not hate

To be honest the applications should be split into 2 piles.

1 Pile of applications which have absolutely No technicalities at all, the most straight forward cases in the world to process, applications from known countries, like UK, some good places of Europe. These cases would be so easy to process that if the agent reading the application could have it completed within a week and you can have you're PR status...

The other applications pile should include people applying for poor/middle eastern counties, people who have children, how have been married before or who's application will be red flagged straight away for many reasons because its the people and applications like these which are slowing up the whole process for us people who have a normal, clean, easy and perfect application.

From the moment the applications on the desk of the person checking it shouldn't take long to process, he reads it and checks the application, makes sure its a real relationship etc then process it its because of the most complicated cases that delays everyone's

Please re-read what you have said and realize this type of thinking is wrong.

How can somebody even say something like that? I find it disturbing.

I was about to write a huge reply to his post too. I just tried hard not to and channeled that energy into sorting out my laundry :/

But you're right. I can't believe people still can think that way, It's 2013 not 1923.

PS: Beside my family not knowing about my marriage, I have a fairly straight forward application with enough proof and explanation. But wishing for people (who have been through a few ups and downs in their life or have not had the perfect circumstances as you) to be discriminated is not right.

Yeah, people's ways of thinking are quite different from one another but there are other ways of saying you disagree with their opinion.

Very true. I'm sorry but to read things like that upsets me. That is not fair writing at all. It's ruthless... Good idea to go do laundry lol! I have had no mood at all today. Went to the doggy park and slipped down a hill because it was muddy out... Oh joy! :)

Well it was straight up ignorant to say that. I don't wanna cause no trouble but that stuff should not be said on here.

That user has "shared" his rather strong opinion before. I remember seeing a similar post about what he "should be" entitled to on another thread a couple of months ago. I do see that he has added those with children to his list of the people he believes he should be placed in front of.

While the process is painful, and it provides myriad challenges for those who undertake it, one of the beautiful things about Canada is that human rights are respected as in few other countries on this little planet we share. Canada has a better record than my own beloved (developed, first-world) nation.

Haha okay all I am saying is that you can respectfully disagree with someone else's opinion.

1ST come, 1ST served, I understand what you are writing, but that is so wrong at so many levels.
If we're having immigrants of 1ST and 2ND class, then Canada is not good for any of us anymore...
Just relax, the hard times will be gone and soon you'll be enjoying your life in Canada...
We're all in the same boat, regardless where we come from, how many kids we have, what our past history is...

The OP was engaging in what is known as "trolling". In my experience, it is best not to feed trolls as it only inflames them and seldom brings you any form of satisfaction.

Thats very wise, thank you for the information. It's rather upsetting to see somebody expressing it in such harsh words.

I best ignore it. My apologies.

Sadly, I don't feel like what he is doing is trolling, reading the type of things he usually posts.. sigh. There are just people like that!

Remember guys you can always report or rate as poor if someone is stirring up trouble!
