I am seeing under eligibility is 1. And there is few more number 1 on his part.

1 means In-process/Passed. I wonder why they are still not sending you AIP. This is surprisingly positive.
Anyone who has "1" in Eligibility if you recently order GCMS?

But they are all 0. But the eligibility on the very top under that section is 1. I don't know I'm having a hard time to.understand all these.

As far as I understand, Eligibility means sponsorship assessment, and 1 = passed, other items you mention are Admissibility, which is mandatory screening for applicant. Do you see "1" for medical of your child, too, right?

But yes, Eligibility is all they need to issue AIP for inland cases.

I'm not really sure because I have not printed this yet just using Mobile phone. But right now I'm looking at this section;
Family Class Sponsorship Eligibility (underlined) and then below Says: ELIGIBILITY: 1
And then my sponsor's name underneath.

It means passed. Based on my past experiences and research on GCMS, I am positive. I dont want to give you false hope though. You are August 23 2013 applicant and your GCMS record clearly indicate that you are AIP-ready now. Whatever behinds the hold, I am not sure.
Let's hope a rain of AIPs will come in next few weeks.

Have you and your sponsor checked your spam folders lately for CIC emails or have you tried logging into ECAS?

CIC doesn't have a call centre. Your call will be rerouted to a mentally challenged group of people. I guess you better just wait. Or you can ask your sponsor to write to Mississauga and confirm if OWP can be issued at this stage since GCMS indicates sponsorship assessment has been completed. Or ask MP to write to them. GCMS record is very concrete.

I think all August 2013 should order and check your GCMS

I'm trying to upload a screen shot from my phone but it says under Family Class Sponsorship Eligibility (page 6 of 14 of the ATIP) the first thing is Eligibility: 1


Several lines down if says Status: Not Started

I'm bothered they keep saying family size 2. We sent a copy of our daughter's birth certificate. She was born here (and we have another on the way). So shouldn't it say family size 3?
