I live in Quebec. (My OWP was issued on 28th Oct. The postmark on an envelope was 30th Oct. I received it 4th Nov.)applied4PR said:

can someone tell me if I'm right, is that the correct owp application to fill ? i never had a owp so i am not extending. the application header states "outside canada"!!

If you have NOT received your AIP yet, you should apply for OWP by mail, not by online.

I requested my GCMS notes recently and found out the reason why I couldnt log in as my sponsor on ecas.. turned out they typed his birthday wrong in the system (september instead of aug) and I know I filled it out correctly in my apps. How do I rectify this situation??
