Copy the missing page and send it to CPC-V, same address. Reference your UCI and include a cover letter stating that the page was inadvertently omitted. Send it via a traceable mechanism so you have evidence of delivery. At this point there is nothing that will matter to your application, you just want to make sure you can clearly demonstrate you corrected the oversight as quickly as possible in case they later claim there was some misrepresentation (because it's likely they are going to lose whatever you send them, you want evidence it was sent.)

Don't worry, though, this really isn't material.

Hi,

Got a little worried after reading conversation......

I never sent copy of pages where I have stamps of other countries. As far as I remember they just needed the pages where important details are printed and copy of Canadian visa and stamp.

Please share if we were supposed to send copy of any other page too?

Thanks

I think you don't need to worry about it.

From Instruction Guide (IMM 5289)
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5289ETOC.asp
Passport
Passport pages showing the following information:
name,
date of birth,
issue and expiry dates,
the stamp made by a Canadian authority showing your most recent entry into Canada.
Format: Photocopies

And from Document Checklist
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5443E.pdf
・Passport pages clearly showing your passport number, date of birth, passport issue/expiry dates and stamp by a Canadian authority showing your most recent entry into Canada

Curious to see what the trend will be for early 2013 applicants. I hope they get AIP and DM at the same time for those who have been waiting long for Stage 1 approval. Like January and February applicants... Maybe March and April ones?

The OP was asking about a work permit.

Can we get some response from CPC-V soon?! I am so bored at home it drives me insane :)

I am so heartbroken. One of my favourite grandparents has been diagnosed with cancer. We don't know how bad the situation is, but the fact that he's past 80 it can't be looking good.. I want to travel home, is there not a way we can go for an exception like that? I can't live with myself if I eventually don't see him before it's too late! :(

My prayers are with you and your family Line.a, this is a very delicate situation, I'm always fearful something along those lines happens with my parents back in Portugal, I can't even imagine.
Hang in there, it will be ok.

Medical report

Hi everyone
My husband sent our sponsorship application in January 2013 but without my Medical Report because I didn't get an appointment and we were worried to send this file as soon was possible.

Do you think that I should try to send it now? Or should be better to wait for CIC ask me to do that?
Thanks a lot!

Dawlex became a PR today. Congrats to him and his family :)

Line.a, I am truly sorry for the pain you must be feeling right now. I know you do not know us outside of this forum, but we are all here for you during your difficult time. My husband is going through the same situation right now, his grandmother is ill in Turkey and there is no way for him to see her. It is terrible for me to see him go through this and not be able to help.

We have not asked if there is a way to go and see her without risking the application, however I'm sure there is some way for you to visit a family member in an emergency situation like this. I would definitely contact CIC and take a serious look into this. I don't think they're entirely heartless in situations like these.

And look on the bright side, today a member in the 2012 thread (she sent her application in December and CIC started processing it in February of 2013) received AIP/DM/OWP. We are getting close! I know it's a hard thing to go through but we might have our decisions passed down soon and you might be able to go see your grandpa with PR under your belt!

In the meantime, contacting CIC might be your best bet.

Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Hi Danib,

I have the same problem. I didnt schedule the medical exam until now, however, the doctor is insistent that I produce a CIC medical report form (sent by CIC) and that the exam results will be sent directly to CIC from her office, without my intervention.

How do I send the medical report to CIC on my own then????
