I'm still waiting to know if we will be transferred to Etobicoke!

But I just want our AIP so my husband can get his OWP!!! I am sooooooooo sick of working 2 jobs!!!!!!!!!!!!! And he is DYING to be able to work!!!! Don't even care if we have to wait another year for DM...just give us AIP and OWP!!

how long does stage 2 take? is it really 8 months?

Man...Just thinking if I get this excited for someone else’s AIP….don’t know how I will handle mine. Is it unprofessional in a medical laboratory office job to scream and jump and dance on the desk??? I think whatever time I get it I will have to ask to leave early, because I won’t be able to calm down….plus will immediately need to buy the BIGGEST.BOTTLE.OF.CHAMPAGNE. EVER!!! Hahaha

Looks like they changed the phone system date again... this time back to August 2, 2013 (Same as we see on the website). Like me, some of you called earlier when they had the date as August 20, 2013.

This is in keeping with CIC's proud tradition of not knowing whether processing times are supposed to advance, stop or retreat as the days wear on.

Haha i so understand how you are feeling ACS Just now, i saw princesultan 's post while watching my favorite show and there i didnt care anymore. Like my heart is beating so fast. Oh my. I hope we are all next soon. Yes we just want that Aip. Please please, let it be soon!!!!

Have they updated your ecas yet?

Princesultan, i messaged my husband who is the sponsor that aug 6 applicant received aio. He said, "put on some beer in the fridge and we will celebrate later". Haha. So i will cheers for you later. I feel like we are all one family here. And amazingly, he knows the updates, like he knows that it was up by 4 days from aug 2 to 6.

Aug 2, 2013 was a friday aug 5 and 6 were mon and tues respectively, so id still say thats a lot of progress considering where we came from so good news that it is finally really moving.

Hey Daisey, this gives hope for yours next week!!!!
I am sooo excited now. these past weeks without any progress were soooo long and I have been very depressed I must admit. This gives me new hope for a soon Aip which means OWP and being able to pick up again with "the real life" and me being part of it.
