I've been following this thread for a while and I've just decided to join because it's nice to be able to share information and support with all of you guys whom I believe are in the same situation - waiting months after months.

That's all I've got so far from my eCas. Hopefully, good news aka AIP is coming soon!
Btw, I wonder if they will email us about the AIP or it will just arrive in the mail?

I got mine (AIP) via email and the OWP came via regular mail few days after that.

You can pay CRA online and then get Option C issued (just show to the immigration officer that you're paying them back)

I need to make payment arragments.. since my husband is not working.. we can not pay the full amount ..so going to pay them monthly.
I hope it won't be an issue.

I assume you mean you received AOR in early January since AIP usually takes 6 months.

I don't think it'll be an issue since cra will put you on a monthly plan..

We first received an email and then 3 days later Ecas was updated with DM status for PR status.

For those of you who got your DM news by email, did both the sponsor AND the applicant get the email, or just the applicant?

If it's the applicant, I'll have to start bugging my husband to check his email more than 1x a week. :

I did in fact send off my OWP with it, and I've done my police check and medical also and it's gone away with that!
