INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

Hey I'm new to this board. I mailed my application to sponsor my common law spouse (who is in Canada) and his two girls ( who are still in Jamaica) in October they received it October 15th and notified me by email on December 18th that they have begun processing or. That's all I know so far. I would like to be added to the timeline.

Welcome. My husband is also from Jamaica (but here in Canada) and his son is still in Jamaica (we have included him in our application as well) Your time line is about 1 month a head of mine, so I will be anxiously waiting with you!

I need some help
I just received a request for passport for my inland application and also police certificate from home country...do i need to send the originals..or can i send them the copy? My passport is back home and i just asked a family member to fax me a copy of both passport and police certificate? Can i just send them these fax copies until i receive the original in mails...

Police Certificates will need to be originals. If the instructions do not say "original passport" then send a copy.

You should make a new list (copy everything) and make it read only.
This way they wouldn't mess it up all the time.

But then they asked me to submit my medical... ouch... I did, So did it get lost?
Should I bother tracking it down or should I just go redo my meds and have it resubmitted...

I'll do my OWP now...

Congratulations!

Advise them you have done the medicals previously and provide them with a copy of the IMM 1017 (if you have one) or advise them of your e-identification number if you went to an e-medical doctor.

Hi immigration consultants in here like Sweden,Computergeek, Rusty etc. As you all can see I submitted my app October 2012. Do you know that if my file was gonna be transferred to a local office
i it would have been done already?
