Well you can congratulate me now too sunsun My sponsor received AIP email today and I received one as well saying my open work permit is approved! This is a good wedding anniversary gift for us this February. I've been stressing out after reading of inland file transfers and horror stories, I'm just thankful we got first stage approval . God is good all the time.

Hey guys, the online status of my PR application was updated with:

"Medical results have been received."

Does that mean that it will be done soon?

I hope you could help me out with my situation right now. My husband and I passed our application last November 30th of 2012. I didn't do my medical yet along with the application. Is it possible for me to do the medical and just passed it to the immigration or should i be waiting for their notification that will tell me to do so?

Thank you for your future responses. By the way, my husband received the AOR last JAnuary 16,2013.

You can do it either way - do the medical now, so that by the time they get to your file the results will be in, or wait until they ask for it. The risk in doing them early is that it will take more than a year for them to complete the process. They have the option to extend the medicals now, but they don't always do so. If you put it off, then it could slow down your stage 2 processing time.

Today morning, when I tried to check my ECAS, I couldn't login it says we couldn't identify your information. I tried entering 3-4 times, and made sure the information is correct. Any idea why is this happening?

I checked my application status online a n hours ago, make sure you entering the data correctly.

we changed the home address, i logged in on-line services and did the change but it says that will take up to 15 days to apply the changes, should i call cic call centre and notify them instead of waiting for the ecas apply the changes??

I did, entered the info 3-4 times. And then called CIC, they gave me an email address to send the query. I was able to access Ecas on weekend. It just happened today morning.

hi the same with me i woke up this morning and i couldnt accesss e-cas something i do ten times a day with my eyes close. and it happens to some but not all, anyone knows whats going on

but the difference is mine is outbound application not inbound going through POS

Maybe it has to do something with technical update. I can't log in starting from Saturday. I think there's nothing to worry since you are not the only one.
