Hi everybody!

We sent our application in June and they received June 15th, my husband got an email October 17th where confirm the receipt (AOR) and the October 18th got an email that said they start to process our application October 16th and ask to proceed with Quebec... They don't ask for nothing more in that letter (just to send the undertaking application and the CSQ), so that's good news for us?

hi, as fellow quebec inlander, yes it's a good news, it's not the AIP yet but atleast your file is for processing. did you submit your CSQ application already? It will take about 1-2 months for the approval.

Ok. The status went from Application received to decision made, then back to Application received ??? Has anyone else had this problem? we contacted cic. they indicated that is was a mistake. however, when i click on the 'Application Received' link, it indicates that the file has been transferred to Etobicoke office. A decision has been made....

e-cas is a work of someone demented. My application went from DM to "in process" two weeks after I landed. It truly makes no sense.

Hopefully that means you really have been approved and you're just waiting for the landing appointment.

Thank you for sharing some light on this. The application was sent in March 2012 so we are just anxiously waiting and it is a pain!

We sent the papers september 5th !
no news so far, we live in quebec!
I'm seeing so far that the last weeks kind of slowed down a bit, not as much as before but they didnt keep that rhythm...
cant wait to have news!

They just updated the processing times and still it says 6 months for the 1st stage,they are processing on the applications received on May 15... lucky are those who already got their AIP... patiently waiting...

Yes, We submit the undertaking and the CSQ application last week... I'm stating to get anxious! lol Hoping to get good news before christmas!! fingers crossed ;D

hi, we have almost the same timeline.I sent out my application on June 07th and they received on June 11st. We got the email on October 16Th.Now we have to wait for them to look on our application, although I don't know in QUebec.

Hi there Rossal, yes they got AIP already... Danteryu sent their application on May 16 yet they got AIP on Oct. 19 that is why they are lucky enough.. Cic received mine on June 7,that is why i'm so excited.. We are next for sure,Juners!
