This topic was posted a long time ago, late 2010. I would like to open a new thread for the same topic.
We received the first stage approval after our file was transferred to CIC-Vancouver. Since we have an overseas dependent, our file won't be finalized until they assess our child. When will the cic forward the application to visa office for my dependent? Can we receive a letter informing us regarding this? How about an update in ecas? My visa office is in Manila.
Anyone who has the same experience?
