See a lot of people writing about the background declaration, however it is not mentioned in the document checklist, so I still need to include it??
I went through the application package yesterday, and found that the family class is actually LESS in depth than the CEC that I was initially going to apply through.
ALSO, as an aside, I read in the guide that since I am ON a TRV (FWP), I am NOT eligible for the spousal sponsorship, or is it just me analyzing things the wrong way??
