Initial Stay in Canada for PR got through Provincial Nomination

Hi All,

I have few queries regarding the Visa got through Provincial Nomination.
1. What are the restrictions applicable for moving between Provinces in Canada.
2. What is the initial period I need to spend in Canada to keep my Visa alive as I have my marriage now. As of now it is valid for 4 months.

There were actually a cases recently, where Saskatchewan announced intention to file a lawsuit against those who used the province nomination to gain PR however, never lived in SK. I saw the link in one of the watsapp groups, but i am sure googling will yield results.
