Hello, I had got my PR approved right when the pandemic hit so I didn't have to do a landing. I got a letter saying I'm a permanent resident. It also asked me to send in my CoPR and photo by mail to the Montreal office for my PR card. I sent the required documents on 16th July 2020. It has been close to a year now and I still haven't received it. I have written web forms and all I get are generic responses saying my application is still processing. The agents on the phone are pretty much useless. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?
