initial application without family

Dear Brother,
I am from Bangladesh. I have a wife with 4 years son. And i want to apply first for me with $550, is that ok? After that if assessment is positive, then apply for wife and kids with all documents and remain payment ($700) to visa office in Singapore.
Now would you please tell me the total numbers of form fill up for initial application? is it ok?
For me with payment $550
• Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
• Schedule 1: Background/Declaration
• Schedule 3: Economic Classes: Federal Skilled Workers
• Additional Family Information
After 1st AOR, apply for wife and kids to CHC only this two form?
• Schedule 1: Background/Declaration
• Additional Family Information
Please advise me and thanks in advance.

You can send the initial application without you family's application fee. Write in form , your family is not accompany with you.

You can pay their application fees while sending full documents.

You have to fill all the form for you and your family whether they are accompany with you or not. If you do not fill the form for your family, you will not sponsor them in future..

CCNA training or certificate will not help you to get more point. There is not point for Microsoft, CCNA, RHCE certification, this is up to my knowledge.

This form must be completed by:
• You, as the principal applicant,
• Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
• Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not)
So i am confused again???????

I have following reply from Nasim Bhai--------

Does you qualify without spouse number for migration?

If yes then you can apply for yourself alone BUT you can not include your wife and child during the entire process. You have to include them under Family Class visa once you land at Canada and settling there.

Now it is your decision what to do.

You must include your wife and children on your application but you can list them as not accompanying to avoid paying their fees.

In your application guide at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf page 24, it says that the number of family members you should list is the actual number of family members in the application whether they are coming with you or not so you should write 3.

If you are approved by CIO and your application is forwarded to your visa office for processing and you are asked for documents, then you can request that the status of your family members be changed from not accompanying to accompanying and pay their fees.

You have to fill all the forms for you, your spouse and other family members whether they are accompany with you or not...

Write 3 for total no.of family member....
