Information Regarding Spousal Application

Hi Everyone,
I am CEC inland applicant. I received my AOR on April 10th. I got recently married, I would like to add my wife to my application. I already filed my query on IRCC web form (Changing the marital status).Its been 15 days I haven't received any response back from CIC asking for the documents. I received a mail saying that

We verified the information you provided and have forwarded it to the responsible office.

They will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application.

Can my wife go for UPFRONT medical examination without any application number or UCI code?

Can I apply bridge work permit for my wife and myself at the same time?

What is the average spousal application processing time?
