Information regarding PGWP eligibility

hello I am currently in 2nd semester of a 2 year program at Seneca.
However I am failing in 1 subject. and that particular subject is required to attend 3rd semester.
My advisors has told me to take it up during my study break as that subject is offered on every term.

what will the impact be on my PGWP eligibility ?
I understand that IRCC requires full time attendance during all the study terms but it also says students may enroll in part time during their study break.
So what are my options.

You are correct. You can register part time during scheduled break and meet the eligibility requirement

Do that one course in your scheduled break and you shall be fine.
And also be sure, to include a LOE when you submit your PGWP, explaining that you did a course in scheduled break, which is fine to be PT.
