Information needed regarding attestation procedure from Mumbai University for BE graduate

Can someone guide me through the entire process of attestation from Mumbai University for WES...I am a BE graduate from Mumbai University...Also please confirm if we need to visit Kalina office for the process..We are new to the process and need your help..
