Information marriage license ontario

Me and my spouse got married in pakistan she got her spouse visa and she is comeing to canada .
My question is can we do Civil marriage as well to get ontario marriage certificate . and can we get marriage license from city hall

You are already married. Use your marriaged certificate you got in pakistan. I am sure you did include document to proof your marriage to get the "spouse visa" which I don't really know what it means.

I am not 100% sure. The general idea is that any legal/official marriage certificate in your country is valid (some required English/Franch translation).

So are you PR/citizen of Canada? For spousal visa, you mean your spouse got PR and is landing?
