Inform IRCC about engagement?

Hi

I already submitted AOR in April and my app is in process for FSW-O. Should I inform IRCC about engagement and marriage in August? My future spouse has filled DS160 for US visa in H4 category and has appointment scheduled.

No - IRCC doesn't care about engagements. Only if you get married or are common law (i.e. have lived with your partner for a year or more).

If you get married before you land, it is mandatory to tell IRCC. Till you get married (or if you get married after you land as a PR), IRCC doesn't care.
