Hi I need some info for my friend . He is working at restaurant in Surrey with 1 year lmia. He want to apply for pnp and What is the processing time and when he can apply and What are the requirements ; and after getting pnp certificate . What he can apply open work permit or should apply with lmia again. Please help me if anyone can.
