I need some information for my best friend . He is working at restaurant with lmia for 1 yaer and he has applied for PNP after working 9 month .How much time is required Get pnp certificate? If he get pnp certificate in 3 month ? What type of work permit he can apply ?can he get open work permit or he should apply again through lmia.if there are not available lmia from same employer? What he should do? How long it take if he apply for permanent residency after pnp?
