Hello everyone
My profile got ineligible the day of my birthday.
I just turned 39.
How do I delete my current profile and create new one.
Any ideas whether age was why it got ineligible?
Or it took time to assess the job code and perhaps just coincidence about the birthday.
Thanking in advance for all the help

Being 39 you may be ineligible for Express Entry. What are your points? If less than 67 you are no longer eligible. Job code has nothing to do with it because assume it is skilled.

I had 67 when I was filing. And the profile was accepted in November.
So that means just because I turned 39, I became ineligible?
Where can I make changes to make a new eligible profile?
Also I can't see where and how to delete the old ineligible profile?
Will revoking the GC key delete the account?
Thank you for getting back

Yes when you turned 39, you lost a point so your score is now 66. You are no longer eligible for Express Entry. So to get the extra point to eligible your most likely path is to improve your language scores. You should be able to login and delete the account or update it if you can increase your eligibility score.

When I login, I cannot find anywhere delete account or withdraw profile.
Also the forms are red in colour and I am unable to update or make changes.
How to delete the account?
Thanks

Friends i have a query if anyone can guide.
I have Express entry profile which become ineligible due to age factor on 30th October. Points 66/100.
I got invitation of bc pnp express entry stream on 17th August and then i applied on 15 September 2021. Still waiting for nomination.
Since express entry profile becomes ineligible i tried to add a new account with arranged employment points which is 5 as per rules but still the system said the new profile is ineligible.
Can anyone guide what could be the mistake?

Do you have an approved LMIA for a NOC A, B or 0 job?

The only way for you to claim these 5 points is if your employer gets an approved LMIA. Otherwise you are not entitled to the 5 points under the FSW points structure. This is why your profile is showing as ineligible.
