Hi All, I submitted my second EE profile the other day (the first was closed as I forgot to do the JobBank registration in 30 days), It came back within 12 hours as ineligible my points were never even calculated. I have no idea why, I submitted my CELPIP results (top marks in each section), had my education assessed by WES, have 8 years experience (NOC B) and have a year Canadian experience (NOC B). The only thing I can thing of is that I put 0 in for "amount of money you will be bringing to Canada" as I already live here and thats what another forum I am in said to do but so did my sister and her profile was eligible...does anyone have any idea why this might happen, I am due to leave in Sept and starting to panic now. I also see no point in doing another profile as if I fill in all the same information won't I just get the same results? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

As you probably know, Canadian experience will not be counted if it is gained while you are self-employed, if you were a student, or if it was unauthorized.

In the profile, under work history - For each "work experience" in Canada entry in your profile, there are 2 questions that appear at the bottom - for some reason, a lot of people seem to mess these up.

- Working legally in Canada during this time? You must answer YES (if you answer NO, you're saying you were working illegally, and the experience isn't counted).

- Studying full-time while doing this job? You must answer NO, because work experience gained on a student work permit is not accepted.

Double-check your answers to these questions -
