On March 14, 2020, I submitted my FEE profile and within 30 mins got a "ineligible" response letter, in which everything was blank, including CRS. In the meantime, if I calculate my CRS based on the official calculator (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp), my score is around 371. I actually know I'm not eligible for FEE but one needs an ACTIVE FEE profile to get certain PNP nominations, like Alberta (CRS 300), BC, or ON, etc. Am I correct?
"Ineligible" for FEE but is this FEE profile considered ACTIVE?

You're right.
Age between 18-45, education (with ECA for non Canadian education) above high school, IELTS score (or any other language test) with CLB 6, and 1 year of full time paid experience in NOC 0, A or B are the usual requirements.
Do you fulfill all of these?
Did you enter the correct amount of funds and family members?
I'm 44, ECA equivalent to 2 Master's Degrees, I graduated from Arizona State University. IELTS overall band score 8, with L8.5, R8.5, S7 and W7. and have more than one year of full-time paid experience in NOC 4021, 0422, 4166 (all education-related). Amount of funds I entered was 40,000. Family members 3, my husband and 2 kids. However, my husband most likely will not come along if I get a job within next 2 years or so. My QUESTION is: even considered ineligible, is my FEE still considered ACTIVE before its expiration date??
