I'm really confused with FSWP program, I have all the requirements but still I'm getting `You do not meet the minimum entry criteria. Check your messages below for details.`.
I already prepared all the document such as:

1. ECA bachelor degree
2. IELTS

• -Listening 6
• - Writing 6
• - Reading 5
• - Speaking 6.5

3- work experience for 2 years in NOC 22221
4-proof of funds 16000 CAD for 2025
never been to Canada to study or work

isn't that enough to enter the pool?

What is your selection score? Do you have 67 points to submit a profile. May need to increase language scores. Also if no Canadian education or study exprience and not fluent in French, you need to increase language scores but CRS score will not be high enough as your NOC is not in demand.

Ah - wait. Looks like your language test results are too low.

FYI - even if you fix that, without being fluent in French, your CRS is going to be way too low to have any chance of being selected.

you're right, I tried to apply with 6 in reading but still same result.
If I was able to enter the pool I would increase my score with province nomination (PNP). That was my plan but no hope for now

There is zero hope for PNP unless you are already working in Canada under a work permit or have a qualifying job offer in Canada from an employer here.

Again, you need to calculate your FSW points.

You may get enough points to enter the pool with 3 years foreign experience but really need to improve English scores. PNP is not an option without job offer, and your NOC is not being selected. Even with a job offer you may not get nominated.

Realistically even if you can apply your application must be much stronger to have a chance at approval. There is no point in applying even if your English language scores are slightly higher.
