Indian Spouse's Name Change

I am just wondering what Indians are providing for this? Many have suggested to submit Marriage certificate along with LOE?

Can someone who got PR throw some light on this? I am sure this is very common question and many of us have come across it.

They are right, Marriage certificate plus a point in LOE.
