Could you pleas let me know if anyone has applied indian passport renewal with COPR while waiting for their PR Card from Toronto CGI office/Brampton BLS office
For indian passport renewal, is Canada PR card mandatory.

Technically, BLS will ask you for your PR card as valid proof of status. There is no harm in trying to use the CoPR, as that can be used when the PR card is expired.
