Hi all, looking for advice from people in similar situations.
My mother (Indian citizen, Indian passport) visiting children in two countries:
- Jul–Jan 2025: Canada (6 months, left before status expired)
- Jan–Jul 2026: US (on valid B2 visa)
- Jul 2026: Planning to drive back to Canada (~4 months)
- Nov 2026: Return to India
- Early 2027: US again
Visa details:
- Canada: Multiple entry visitor visa issued 2025
- US: B2 valid until 2033
- No overstays, clean record
Questions:
1. Anyone done similar Canada→US→Canada rotation? Issues at CBSA land border?
2. Is 6-month gap in US sufficient or will CBSA flag as back-to-back?
3. What documents for smooth land border entry?
4. Sponsor (me) is Canadian citizen — apply Super Visa before July or use existing visitor visa?
Strong India ties — owns property, returns regularly.
Any advice appreciated. Thanks!
