I am an Indian Citizen who got a DUI with no jail time (misdemeanour) in 2004 in the USA. I had returned to India since and have no further violations and have help a job for the last 16 years. Im going to apply for a Canadian PR. I understand there will be a problem but will I be entitled to Deemed Rehabilitation?
