Indian Birth Certificate

Dear Friends,

Could someone advise if the 10th grade mark sheet issued by the school in India can be considered as a Birth Certificate in order to apply for CEC ? If not, please suggest an alternate.

no alternate of birth certificate..u can contact indian consulate in vancouver.they can provide a valid birth certificate.

Is it possible to apply for both Birth Certificate and PCC at the same time or should we apply for them separately ?

Do we submit separate copies of the passport and immigration papers for both ? Also, do we receive both BC and PCC back at the same time ? If yes, how much time does it take approx.?

yes, everything is seperate..............!!

1,seperate envelop along with return envelop

2, seperate apllication for both with seperate photos

3, seperate drafts with apropriate fee

4, dont send it directly to consulate

it should go through VFS.

dont think of saving pennies , it will create delay as they return it to you re submit.

please dont be a knjoos and complicated man.

be brave and go through the rule and regulation u will get it in six weeks.......!!

3 Weeks is the time.
Also they will give you one more form to fill your residential history since the age of 18 lady at counter will return u back and ask for that so try to arrange itr before you head to the counter, they do not have that form on their website at the moment.

They will retain your Passport with them and will stamp it stating P.C.C issued.
You submit 1 complete set of for each request you make.
