Looking for recommendations on Canadian Tax Accountants that are familiar with both Indian/Canadian tax systems to assist with filing my parent's first tax return.
My parents are new immigrants, and I would like advice on how to correctly file their taxes here. Specially what I want to understand is how to report their property/assets back home and the consequences in terms of tax if they decide to sell.
Will greatly appreciate any recommendations of/from a reliable tax accountant. Most of the ones I have spoke with don't understand how to advise currently pertaining to the Indian side and are only aware of the Canadian Tax system.
