Hello everyone, please suggest me the best way to send my documents to WES: Speed Post or Courier?

Yes you can go with Courier service. I used Courier to send the documents to WES. (DTDC Express)

I prefer DHL/bluedart/Fedex for international courier...

I have always sent all my docs using DHL...and it usually reaches in 3-4 days to Canada

I used SpeedPost. Didn't face any difficulties. It cost about a third of what courier guys were quoting me. ;)

Hi,

India post has come up with a fast track service... for document n non document packages from India to canada (hard to believe yes).
I used this service and paid 1500rs. And it took 3-4 days to deliver to WES Toronto.

India post had a tie up with a Germann company n now they have a separate division called Worldnet Express.

Good news!!!

use the fast track option of India Post and not the regular EMS Speed Post...The regular EMS Speed Post consisting of my transcripts took a lot of time ( approx 11 days ) at Toronto for customs clearing.. the best would be of course be DHL /FedEx and likes

I think DHl is best I used the same ..but they send it back through ups..last year ups lost my evaluation and so I wasn't able to submit on time for 2014...

I use DHL and pay just rs 1100 for shipping documents to canada from India (ncr). It reaches in two days flat. You need to find courier guy and haggle with him.

So what did you pay for speed post and how much time to Canada?
In my understanding speed post so should be rs 900+, which justifies DHL for which i pay 1100

I went with speed post and had a very pleasant experience. It was delivered in 3 days and i paid around 1400 for it. I had inquired with DHL Fedex etc but they were quoting close to 4000. In short go with speed post , i also sent my OINP application with speed post :-)

India post has a tie up with DHL and it is called worldnetexpress. You can post your mail at local post office. Courier and tracking is provided by DHL. It is cheaper compared to directly going through DHL or FedEx or UPS or TNT.

Hi I Sent thru UPS cost 1000 Rs and reached in 3 days.
