Okay. Any idea tentatively how long it would take to receive payment link?

Typically, it used to take 48 hours but now due to the backlogs it may take more time than that.

I'm in no hurry now since the ban has been extended until Aug 21. I'll save my worries for Aug 22.

Me too. I had actually booked Emirates back in April when my application was in final stages. They offer free unlimited date changes and I already changed once. If Dubai does not open by Aug end then I’ll have to opt for other routes.

My passport is picked up and delivered in Ahmedabad. I havent received any sms confirmation or status?
Is there a way to track the passport stamping status after submission? (Not the bluedart delivery tracking)
