As the website itself shows in the note and on twitter, that if not seen any message, ignore it,if additional documents required you will see a message and a letter explaining what need to do. So I didn't tried to rise a technical issue query. Would you suggest me to rise a technical issue query?

I checked my application status online and in the details section it is mentioned as " Your action is required " but there are no messages or instruction explaining what kind of action is required by immigration .I didnot received any update on my email also .

and the status of my application is we are processing your application

so kindly let me know if anybody else in this forum had encountered the same issue . I shall be very thankful to you

Finally the things have been changed in MyCic account to normal and the additional documents update is now "We do not need additional documents ".

However I am a bit worried about the background check because I am in the 12th month of the application but my background check is still not started yet. anyone please give your suggestions .

I think you should raise a technical issue in mycic account to be safe on your side. However earlier there was a great meds up with cic site but now I think it is back to the normal one. Else wise it is also better to put a mail to the Visa Office as well.

Finally after yesterday's system maintenance my Gckey shows,

Review of additional documents: we do not need any additional documents.

back to normal.

Background check not started at.

July 7th will be my 12 months completion day, hope for the PPR before August 7th.

If yours will be delayed, then we will be going in Dec end only(Harsh Winter) as our medicals will expire by that date. Or we will have to resubmit our medicals
