Hello everyone,
I got ITA recently under ONIP and have submitted all the documents for further processing.
I talked to migration to Canada with my present employer and they have offered me an option wherein they can hire me as an independent contractor once I get PR. My present does hold any legal or corporate office in Canada.
My concerns are -
1) if at all I can be hired as independent contractor in Ontario without having any implications in future settlement or at the time of applying for citizenship.
2) how tax filing and healthcare be taken care if I join as contractor. Can I do it myself with the help of some local tax agents.
3) is there any other possible recourse suit le in my case.
