Independent contractor- as a medical transcriptionist, is it elligible for PR?

Please do clarify. I have been working for this companyfor about a year now (in canada, ontario) but i just found out that in the contract it says independent contractor. Im a medical transcriptionist and i dont know if this will be in a NOC A B or O. Or if i am eligibe to apply using this experience

Unfortunately, the fact that you are working as an "independent contractor" (AKA self-employed) means that you most likely will not be able to use the experience.

It depends HOW you work - do you work from home, make your own hours, etc.?
