I don't know if this means the application is processing or not, but if I were you, I would follow up constantly until this is resolved. 9 months is an extremely long period just to have the tracker working.

Thanks @iceman55 , sure I will follow up, which method do you suggest.
* I have notified about it via webform couple of times = getting response saying application is still in progress
* Have notified using Twitter DM = was told to contact IRCC over phone.
* Called up IRCC = again told that application is still in progress and told to wait

It appears that calling is the best option in general. You can ask why you aren't able to see your status online while others are. Irrespective of the progress of the application, you should be able to see it on the tracker.
