Incorrect expiry date in issued TRV

Hi,

I applied for a TRV since my previous one expired. I am already in Canada and I have a study permit valid till 2015. On my application for TRV I specified I intend to stay in canada till 2015 and I included a copy of my study permit with my application. However they issued me a visa for the exact same date but in 2013. So instead of it being lets say 31-Nov-15 my visa is for 31-Nov-13. This seems like a mistake. Does anyone know who should I contact ? Is there a contact info ?

Probably not, CIC made a decision to issue you a TRV for basically a year rather than 3 years.
