On Jan 20th I got an email asking for PCC for my in-progress PR app (TR to PR), saying that it is due in 60 days. Technically the letter was dated as Jan 17th, but it first showed up on Jan 20th in my IRCC account.
I sign in to my IRCC account and view the page for uploading the document and the "Required by" date of the PCC is listed as Feb 17th (a lot shorter than 60 days).
I filed a report with the "Report a technical issue" button about the incorrect "Required by" date on Jan 29, but no response until now. I also submitted a web form request a few days later. No response. I tried calling. No response.
I am worried that I won't be able to supply the PCC by the incorrect 17 Feb deadline. It is out of my control, I am just waiting for my PCC from my home country. Of course, I can supply it if the deadline was correct (20 Mar).
Any advice? Has anybody gone past the "Required by" date? Does it prevent you from uploading the document? What should I do?
Once Feb 17 comes, I think I will be forced to write a letter of explanation, and just hope for the best.
