Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I have ordered CBSA records in anticipation of applying for citizenship later this year, and a good thing I did: 3 entries to Canada are missing from the list. Anyone dealt with this before? Any suggestions on what I should do?
Appreciate your help

That's normal. If you enter Canada by car from the US, CBSA will often capture the vehicle information and will not stamp/scan your passport.

It can be fixed. If you owned the car that you crossed the border in, you can submit an ATIP report to CBSA. Attach a copy of the car ownership and request the additional entries to be added to your border crossing report. If it was your friend's car, you can still attach a copy of the ownership and a written note from the owner of the car with permission to use his information and confirming that you crossed the border in that car.

BUT, I do not recommend you to even bother, because: 1) CIC is aware that CBSA reports are often incomplete and will not hold it against you, and 2) it's actually to your advantage because you are reporting more absences that they can trace, thus you are clearly being honest.

Yes, I had the same situation and after corresponding with CBSA and an immigration consultant did not enact any changes.

I wouldn't bank on any of that.

No, each of the records that is absent from the report was when I entered Canada by air....

Hope you are right....

You can always get the travel records from US border side as well to compensate for missing CBSA entries.

Thanks Screech. Unfortunately the missing entries are from trips to Europe. I emailed CBSA over 5 times at this point. No response ...

How to Request Entries ? from CBSA ??
Can any one share the LINK to Request?
How many times we can request it ??? Does it have to be for CIC Immigration ? Can we just request for ourselves ?

I did for the USA entry /exit..Looks like it also have some invalid info.

You don't email CBSA for the record. You can only get it through AITP to CBSA.
