Incomplete work permit application

I recently graduated from a university. While applying for the POST Graduate work permit , I forgot to upload my study permit and final transcript.

Should I withdraw my application?
What should I do now? Kindly help.

Fill a webform and send both.

The site says they won't respond if the application is normal processing time. ??

That is not for knowing status sir, just to send extra documents. I have sent many times. They respond it.
