incomplete citizenship application

i mail my application on November 12,219. i made one mistake so application will be returned. i am moving from Toronto to Edmonton. i want them to mail me the incomplete application envelope to my cousin address which is different from the one send it? is it possible and is there any other way that my incomplete application package send to different mailing address in toronto? secondly, as i am moving to alberta from ontario how do i change the address and in which province will my application be processed?

Dont think they will acknowledge that they have your application. Call center can only update once your application is accepted.

Honestly it’s probably cheaper to get a new set of photos and reprint pages than to deal with forwarding.
