Incomplete application help

I have by blunder missed sending marriage and birth certificate in my application NOC 3111. What best can be done?
I was thinking of few options.

1) wait for incomplete application to return and send it back. but it might take 2-3 months and might be too late, chances there be cap for the noc

2) make a new complete set of documents and resend it rather then waiting for the incomplete application to return.

3) send the 2 certificates mentioning my passport number and hope they add up to my application.

4) is there any possibility of cic processing my application and asking for missing/additional documents?

Kindly share your thoughts of whats the best option..

3111 is a very safe NOC. I would recommend you wait for the application to return to you and them send it back.

I think it won't bite if you send missing documents to CIO. At least it will be a fair attempt to fix the issue.

Else keep another set of copies which you will enclose to a new application if the incomplete one is returned.

As to applying again with the completely new set of supporting documents - is it possible to get a duplicate for the original IELTS report?

@ arika- If I they return the application, there wont be a need to send a new set as I can add 2 certificates and send it back.

you can do any of 1, 2, 3. Suggest trying 3, then if it doesn't work, 2.

4. No. If your application is incomplete it will not be processed.

Don't worry about the cap, your NOC won't be capped.
