Income tax for non-resident Citizen

I did not live in Canada all of 2022. I had a savings bank account in Canada from which I got less then $100 income total. When I try to use turbotax, it shows be $15 income tax on $100 income. Isn't <$14K tax exempt?

Do you have a non resident tax slip from the bank?
