can anyone please tell me my tuition fee is $7300 for my college diploma and what amount of sponsor income and fund will be perfect to get the visa.

that fees is one year?? very low. anyways, you have to show tuition fees +$10K/year living cost.
If your program is only 6 months then you can show the complete tuition amount. If it is more than that like 2 yrs then you can pay atleast 1 semester and the rest you can show as education loan or any funds that are in your bank or your parent's account.
