Friends meri university 2 september k bad allow nahi karegi in fall session 2012. If I dont get any repl from CHC ISL then what should I do in that casE?

Email ur university , ask them that how late can you join university , if they say u can't then ask them upto which date u should defer to next session....

My university is saying that all i can join is upto 3rd september. After that I have to take differ. If i'll take differ than how should I update embassy regarding that?

Only update the embassy if they ask for it themselves....the student visa has a time limit to land in Canada, it is about one year from the time of medical. Just defer your admission and wait for the visa arrival.....once you have it land in Canada before the expiration date. No need to inform the embassy if they don't ask it themselves....

Embassy can issue the visa after the semester date and we can join in the next semester right?

Yes exactly

If the embassy feels that it is still time for them to issue a visa and it will be almost impossible to deliver the visa on time, then they ask for an updated Letter of acceptance themselves. If they haven't asked you for it then hope and pray that you get your visa in time......
